1st time enter orthopedic operating theater ... at first the patient was anesthesized by anesthetist , the only operated by surgeon... gt 2 cases today .. 1st case was fracture at left humerus , 2nd case was fracture at right proximal femur. Very happy that the radiographer let me done the cases alone by supervising.. 1st time use that machine .. helping the surgeon taking X ray while they were operating..
The environment of the OT was different from my thought .. there were very light, playing the song , some were online , anaethetist was playing games ..emm...dota i think..haha...
The special today is suddenly the patient call me by swing his hand ( the patient is only under local anaethestic) , then i faster told the ppl there and after that the blood pressure and heart beat very unstable.. during that time the fat anaethestic which look like not pro and playing dota.. suddenly close his laptop , turn turn his workshop to patient and try to save the patient,but during that time the surgeon ask us shoot the X ray.. dilemma, the surgeon wanna shoot x ray , the anaesthetic wanna save patient , finally the anaesthist said : GIVE ME 5MINUTES, ... very soon. ..the patient vital sign become stable , and last step to GA (general anaethestic) the patient,unfortunately suddenly no electrical supply ....but the anaesthist didnt panic at all..very yeng!! haha.. just awhile only.. then gt electrical supply d...then GA the patient...
